As a member of Italy national football team, Donnarumma won 12 caps.

Thomas Tuchel wants to sign a new goalkeeper and Gianluigi Donnarumma is one of the names at the top of his wishlist. He is a known admirer of the player and is reportedly keen on the idea of bringing him this summer.

According to Football Italia, “Paris Saint-Germain are back in for Gianluigi Donnarumma, but it’s reported Milan want at least €50m to sell, reinvesting in Angel Correa. The goalkeeper has long been on PSG’s wish-list, even before director Leonardo returned to Paris from his job at San Siro. With Kevin Trapp’s transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt, reports are growing that the Ligue 1 champions will resume their approach for Donnarumma. However, La Gazzetta dello Sport point out Milan will still not accept Alphonse Areola as part of the exchange, a deal that was already rejected last month. The Rossoneri are only prepared to sell Donnarumma for at least €50m in cash.”

If Paris Saint-Germain are genuinely interested, a deal would not be impossible to complete.

Undoubtedly he would be a fantastic recruit for PSG.

Paris Saint-Germain fans would certainly love to see him arrive at the club this summer.

How strong that interest is and whether Paris Saint-Germain will make a move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
