Federico Chiesa made 54 appearances across all competitions for Fiorentina, scoring eight goals and supplying seven assists in return.
The 20-year-old is considered to be one of the best young wingers in Italy.
Federico Chiesa has represented Italy at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 17 caps and scoring two goals.
The Italy U21 international has impressed in Serie A this season and is starting to attract the interest of bigger clubs.
The Napoli manager has been impressed by his performances this season and could make a move in the winter transfer window.

However, this will not put off Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis from making a bid for the winger. The Partenopei chief is looking to sign young, hungry Italian players in his quest to land the Scudetto ahead of Juventus.
The 20-year-old is certainly a player that would strengthen the current Napoli squad and would be a good buy in January.
