The 20-year-old has five years left on his current contract which expires in 2024.
Rice made 74 appearances across all competitions for West Ham, scoring two goals and supplying one assist in return.
The 20-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in England. As a member of England national football team, Rice won 5 caps.
His impressive performances this season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.
The report details that Ole Gunnar Solskjær feels his midfield currently lacks some bite and that he could strengthen this winter. Solskjær is a long term admirer of Rice and believes he can get the most out of the England international.

The 20-year-old was linked with a switch to Old Trafford over the summer, having previously admitted that he believes he is good enough to play for the Red Devils. A report in the Daily Express claims that United are looking at Rice to replace Nemanja Matic, who has been tipped to follow Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez to Inter Milan in a €25m January deal.”
