According to the football transfer rumours in British media, Manchester City are poised to land Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski.
The Poland international joined Bayern from Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer in July 2014. His contract expires in the summer of 2023.
The striker registered 48 goals and 9 assists in 40 appearances across all competitions last season.
The 32-year-old is considered to be the best striker in Poland. His record for Poland is also impressive. Lewandowski has scored 69 goals in 122 matches for Poland at senior level.
