Leeds interested in Borussia Dortmund left-back Raphael Guerreiro

Raphael Guerreiro’s time at Borussia Dortmund could soon end as a whole host of clubs are lining up to sign him.

The latest reports in England suggest that Leeds United are interested in Borussia Dortmund left-back Raphael Guerreiro.

The left-back has found the back of the net on 5 occasions and picked up 11 assists in 27 matches for Borussia Dortmund this season across various competitions.

He is considered to be one of the best left-backs in Portugal. His record for Portugal is also impressive. Guerreiro has scored 4 goals in 61 matches for Portugal at senior level.

Given that his contract is expiring soon and he has not yet signed an extension, the rumors have only heated up in recent weeks.

The Whites are delving into the transfer market for an experienced left-back and have done well to identify the 29-year-old as a potential target.

Javi Gracia is a firm fan of Borussia Dortmund left-back and Leeds could make a move for the player if the financial aspect makes sense.

Leeds United are desperate to make an impact in the summer transfer window.
