The Italy international has joined Pescara from Internazionale for a fee in the region of 4 million euros in July 2016.
Cristiano Biraghi has played 37 times for Pescara since signing from Internazionale, scoring one goal and creating 4 assists in that time.
The 24-year-old is considered to be one of the best young left-backs in Italy.
The Italy international has been in impressive form for Pescara last season.
Cristiano Biraghi has represented Italy at Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 29 caps and scoring one goals.
