According to the football transfer rumours in Belgian Media, Everton are eyeing move for Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker.
Leander Dendoncker has joined Anderlecht from Anderlecht U19 in 2014. The 22 year-old has a valid contract with Anderlecht until June 2021.
The Belgium international has scored nine goals and provided one assist in 124 games for Anderlecht, including five goals in 54 games in all competitions this season.
The 22-year-old is considered to be one of the best young midfielders in Belgium.
Leander Dendoncker has represented Belgium at Under-16, Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 32 caps and scoring two goals, before making his senior international debut in June 2015. As a member of Belgium national football team, Dendoncker has won only two caps.
Ronald Koeman wants to continue to strengthening his squad so they’re able to compete both domestically and in the UEFA Europa League next season.
The 22-year old is thought to perfectly fit the profile of midfield player Koeman wants to target in the next transfer window.
Ligue 1 giants Monaco are apparently trailing Everton in the pursuit of Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker.
