According to the football transfer rumours in English Media, Bryan Oviedo and Darren Gibson are set to undergo Sunderland medicals ahead of move from Everton.
Bryan Oviedo has joined Everton from F.C. Copenhagen for a fee in the region of 4.5 million euros in 2012. The 26 year-old has a valid contract with Everton until June 2019.
Since his arrival from F.C. Copenhagen, he has a many injury problems, but Bryan Oviedo has scored two goals and provided nine assists in 68 games for Everton, including only 567 minutes in 6 games in all competition this season.
Darron Gibson has joined Everton from Manchester United for a fee in the region of 600,000 euros in 2012. The 29 year-old has a valid contract with Everton until June 2018.
Since his arrival from Manchester United, also as Oviedo, he has a many injury problems. Darren Gibson has scored two goals and provided six assists in 69 games for Everton, including only 144 minutes in two games in all competition this season.
Everton are keen to get Bryan Oviedo and Darren Gibson off their books as they make way for the signing of new attacker and defender.
Bryan Oviedo and Darren Gibson have been a targets of their former Everton manager David Moyes as he looks to bolster his defensive and attacking options at Sunderland for the second part of the season.
