Marko Grujic is one of the more likely players to be offloaded by Liverpool this summer and the list of suitors in the Serbia international continues to grow.
Grujic has been long term target of Diego Simeone as the manager look to bolster his midfield options for the next season.
His versatile nature can help the manager to be more flexible with the formations.
According to the TribalFootball (via ESPN), “Atletico Madrid are preparing a move for Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic. ESPN says Atletico Madrid are lining up a bid for Grujic. Grujic joined Liverpool in 2016 for £5.1m but ESPN believe the Reds would now value the Serbian at around £40m. Atleti have identified Grujic as the ideal replacement for Saul Niguez and Rodri, who are both touted with moves away this summer.”
