Inter midfielder Roberto Gagliardini has emerged as a surprise target for Atalanta in the summer transfer window.
Atalanta will look to sign Roberto Gagliardini, according to the football transfer rumours in Italian media.
The Italy international was signed by Inter in August 2017 from Atalanta for a fee of 20.5 million euros. The 26-year-old has a contract until 2023 with the club.
This season, Gagliardini has scored two goals and provided two assists in 16 appearances for Inter.
He’s incredibly experienced for a 26-year-old and still has tons of room for growth.
The Inter midfielder has also represented the Italy at various youth levels before going on to secure 6 senior caps for his country thus far.
Gagliardini is currently out of favor at Inter and could leave the club this summer.

The report states that Inter are asking for around €20m to give the 26-year-old back, but it could again be worked out as a loan with option to buy deal.”
