The latest reports in Italian media suggest that Atalanta are frontrunners to land Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga.

The 24-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.

Sassuolo spent 10 million euros to sign the Ivory Coast international from Chelsea in the summer of 2018. The 24-year-old has two years left on his current contract which expires in 2023.

The winger has featured in 9 matches this term, providing 3 assists in all competitions.

The 24-year-old is considered to be one of the best wingers in Ivory Coast. Boga has also left his mark at the international stage after netting one goal in 7 senior appearances for the Ivory Coast national team.

Romano reports the Orobici are still leading the chase to sign the Ivorian but are yet to match the asking price of €25m. Atalanta have reportedly offered €20m for the former Stade Rennais, Granada and Birmingham player.”
