Where Will Harry Kane Move to in The Summer?

Discussing the imminent departure of Harry Kane seems like Groundhog Day every time the transfer window opens for summer business. It seems the England captain has been linked with every big club in Europe for years. It doesn’t matter if it’s Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Chelsea, or Real Madrid – all these clubs would benefit by having one of the world’s top strikers added to their squad.

Ultimately, Kane has chosen to remain loyal to Spurs so far. Now that he has turned 30, he might rethink this decision as he plans to move away from North London to get his hands on some silverware. He could go down as the greatest player to ever win a European trophy, and he is on course to becoming the top scorer in the history of the Premier League. The latter could influence his decision to stay in England and break Alan Shearer’s record.

If you enjoy a bet – the odds of Kane breaking Shearer’s record, get closer weekly. He could have 4 or 5 years left at the top and only needs an average of 10 per season to break the Newcastle legend’s record. Before the internet’s dawn, finding such a specialist outright market would be challenging.

Nowadays, sportsbooks have extensive markets, and many even branch into casino gaming, so you can also explore roulette table games alongside sportsbooks. As a result, many have become a one-stop shop for sportsbooks and other gambling markets, so you’d have no trouble finding the odds for Kane to beat the record or what club he’s likely to join next.

Staying At Spurs

He’s defied the odds this long by staying at his boyhood club for so long. Having captained them and played in a UEFA Champions League final, many Spurs fans wouldn’t criticize Kane for leaving at this point of his career. Instead, he will want to add some silverware to the trophy cabinet with only a handful of years left in his prime.

He has often explained that he wishes to win silverware with Spurs more than any other club. However, because of the perennial turmoil that engulfs the North London club every single season, it’s less likely he will lift a trophy and must fly further afield.

The idea of him playing for any other club in England besides Spurs seems like such an unusual scenario. However, Kane has consistently been finding the net for Spurs so regularly for over a decade, and there’s no doubt he would do the same irrespective of where he finds himself at the start of next season.

Although it’ll be tough for him to move to another team in England and emerge from the tunnel of the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in a different color jersey, it feels like now is the time for him to move on as Spurs look less likely to win a trophy than they have for many years. This is probably the most unlikely scenario.

Manchester United

For years, Kane has been linked with England’s most successful club. Despite the fact United are also in a neverending existential crisis, their new manager Erik Ten Hag has fine-tuned the squad, and they are playing with the sort of tenacity we haven’t seen them play with for many years. Kane is one of Ten Hag’s top targets if rumors are to be believed.

Many United fans believe the missing piece of this jigsaw is a top striker – and Kane fits that mold perfectly. Victor Osimhen is also a name strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford, but he has already distanced himself and spoken about how keen he is to move to Bayern Munich. So, if Kane is going anywhere, Manchester United is the most likely destination.

Chelsea & Other Premier League Clubs

It’s doubtful Kane would join London rivals, Chelsea, especially considering Chelsea are much worse than Spurs at the moment, it would be a downgrade, and he would be just as unlikely to win trophies at Stamford Bridge as he currently is at Tottenham. He has been linked with Chelsea before, but it all seemed to be a bit of gossip, and nothing came of it.

Given Newcastle United’s newfound wealth and stature and the increasing likelihood they will be in the Champions League next season, they could be a surprise choice for Kane. Although some bookmakers offer odds on this eventuality, Kane will unlikely make the trip up to the North East, but stranger things have happened in football.

Further Afield

One rumor that gathered a lot of momentum was Kane signing for Real Madrid back when Zidane was in charge. The French icon made no secret of his admiration for Tottenham’s number 9; however, these rumors have lost momentum since Zidane relinquished his reigns.

In addition to Real Madrid, some reports suggested Bayern Munich are in for the Spurs and England captain. However, the German Goliaths seem more focused on bringing in Victor Osmihen.
