The striker has just 6 months remaining on his contract and Napoli will consider a deal in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.

Milik has bagged 38 goals in 93 Serie A games for Napoli.. Milik’s contract at Napoli expires in the summer, meaning he could be available in January for the cut-price fee of just £9million.”
