Tottenham linked with Real Madrid attacking midfielder

According to the football transfer rumours in Spanish Media, Tottenham are linked with Real Madrid attacking midfielder Isco.

Isco signed for Real Madrid from Malaga on a five-year deal for a fee believed to be in a region of 30 million euros in 2013. Spain international was first signing of ex-Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti. His contract expires in 2018.

Since his arrival from Malaga, Isco has scored 24 goals and provided 39 assists in 166 games for Real Madrid, including two goals and four assists in 17 games in all competition this season.

Euro Football Rumours are informed that Spain giants have already offered to Isco a new contract but it is understood that 24 year-old will discuss the various options before making a final decision.

The Spain International has been a long term target of Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino as he looks to bolster his creative options in the midfield.

It’s unlikely Real Madrid would be open to selling Isco in the upcoming transfer window, but Tottenham, who sit in the top part of the Premier League, are a very attractive proposition for someone like Isco.
