Tottenham to consider bid for Bournemouth striker Joshua King
According to the football transfer rumours in British Media, Tottenham will consider bid for Bournemouth striker Joshua King.
Joshua King has joined Bournemouth from Blackburn on a free transfer in July 2015. The 25 year-old has a valid contract with Bournemouth until June 2020.
Since his arrival from Blackburn, Joshua King has scored 22 goals and provided six assists in 69 games for Bournemouth, including 15 goals and provided two assists in 34 games in all competitions this season.
The 27-year-old is considered to be one of the best strikers in Norway.
Joshua King has represented Norway at Under-15, Under-16, Under-18, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 19 caps and scoring seven goals, before making his senior international debut in September 2012. As a member of Norway national football team, King has won 28 caps and has scored seven goals.
The Norway international is a player who has impressed many Premier League clubs in the last few seasons, and it is understood that Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino would prefer playing him as a forward.
Euro Football Rumours understood that Bournemouth valuate their striker Joshua King in the region of 17.5 million euros.
How strong that interest is and whether Tottenham will make a summer move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
