Simone Zaza is a target for Torino in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
The Italy international joined Valencia from Juventus for a fee in the region of 16 million euros in July 2017. His contract expires in the summer of 2021.
Zaza made 59 appearances across all competitions for Valencia, scoring 19 goals and supplying six assists in return.
He is 26-year-old and has his peak years ahead.
As a member of Italy national football team, Zaza won 16 caps and he scored one goal.
His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Torino.
Walter Mazzarri wants to sign a new striker and Zaza is one of the names at the top of his wishlist.
Mazzarri is a long term admirer of Simone Zaza and believes he can get the most out of the Italy international.
The Italy international provides a unique blend between a classic center-forward and the modern striker.
According to Football Italia (via Tuttosport), “Torino are reportedly ready to offer €15m to sign Valencia striker Simone Zaza. The Granata are looking for a new striker, as they struggled badly to score goals this season when Andrea Belotti was injured. They have been linked with a move for Zaza, and Tuttosport reports that the Spanish club would be willing to sell. The Granata are prepared to pay around €15m to sign him, an offer which could well be accepted by Valencia.”

Signing the 26-year-old in the summer transfer window would be a masterstroke from Mazzarri.
Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Torino.
Whether or not this is the end for Simone Zaza in Valencia remains to be seen. If the move goes through as reported, then it would be a fantastic deal for all parties involved.
