Roma are looking set to land Cengiz Under after Italian Media revealed that they are in advanced negotiations with Medipol Basaksehir ahead of a potential move. The Turkey international has joined Medipol Basaksehir from Altinordu for a fee in the region of 700,000 euros in July 2016.
