The forward scored 16 times in 31 appearances for Malaga last season after leaving Barcelona, and he has now returned to La Liga until summer, with Sevilla also holding an option to buy. It is reported such an option stands at 9 million euros, but most reports indicate this will not be compulsory and will be at the Andalucian club’s discretion.
