It’s no secret that Real are interested in Mohamed Salah. But who isn’t?
According to the football transfer rumours in British and Turkish media, Real Madrid are preparing mega offer for Mohamed Salah.
The Egypt international was signed by Liverpool in July 2017 from Roma for a fee of 42 million euros. The 29-year-old has a contract until 2023 with the club.
The forward has featured in 12 matches for Liverpool this term, netting 15 goals and providing 5 assists in all competitions.
The 29-year-old is considered to be the best football player in Egypt. His record for Egypt is also impressive. Salah has scored 43 goals in 71 matches for Egypt at senior level.
There has been no movement on Mohamed Salah agreeing a contract extension at Liverpool, and he will be on the radar of many European clubs during the next period.
Carlo Ancelotti wants to sign a new forward and the 29-year-old is one of the names at the top of his wishlist. He is a firm fan of Liverpool forward and Real Madrid could make a move for the player if the financial aspect makes sense.
The Spanish giants are in the market for just a handful of statement signings who can improve the first-team.
Mohamed Salah is a dynamic forward, who possesses good technical skills and ball control. His finishing abilities when in and around the box will come as a massive asset to Ancelotti’s side.
According to the report, “Real Madrid are aiming to propose a swap offer for Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah. Salah is about to enter the final 18 months of his current deal as negotiations over a new contract drag on. Turkish reporter Ekrem Konur says Real have been watching developments and are ready to make a swap proposal for the Egyptian. The Spanish giants are willing to offer Eden Hazard plus a cash component to Liverpool for Salah. The striker is weighing up his future at Anfield and has long admitted an ambition to play in Spain.”

Real will have to present a really enticing offer to bring Liverpool to the negotiating table. The Spanish giants have the resources to tempt them but it will be interesting to see if they are willing to overpay for the player.
The Reds would be wise to keep the Egypt international, but if they do let him go expect it to be for a hefty sum.
Mohamed Salah ideal fit for Real Madrid?
Signing the 29-year-old would be a masterstroke from Carlo Ancelotti. Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Madrid.
Real Madrid fans would certainly love to see him arrive at the club.
How strong that interest is and whether Real will make a move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
