As per British and Chilean media, Paris Saint-Germain are poised to land Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal.
. The 33-year-old has one year left on his current contract which expires in 2021.
The midfielder has banged in 8 goals and provided 3 assists in 43 matches for Barcelona this term on all fronts.
The 33-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Chile. His record for Chile is also impressive. Arturo Vidal has scored 28 goals in 115 matches for Chile at senior level.
Vidal is one of the more likely players to be offloaded by Barcelona this summer and the list of suitors in the Chile international continues to grow.
PSG are looking to sign a midfielder and have identified the 33-year-old as potential transfer target.
Thomas Tuchel is a known admirer of the player and is reportedly keen on the idea of bringing him this summer.

According to the report, “PSG are eyeing up a move for Arturo Vidal – with Thomas Tuchel contacting the Barcelona star. The Chilean midfielder, 33, was a bit-part player at the Nou Camp in 2019-20. And with Barcelona set for a monster overhaul this summer, Vidal – who is out of contract next summer – is set to be sold. PSG are hoping to take advantage of the Spanish side’s fire-sale and land the former Bayern Munich star, according to Chilean outlet La Cuarta. However, they face competition from Inter Milan, who are set to continue their spending spree on Vidal.”
