The reports in England suggested that Newcastle United are keen on Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk.
The 21-year-old winger has played all his life at Shakhtar Donetsk. His current deal runs out in the winter of 2026.
The winger banged in 6 goals and provided 7 assists in 11 matches for Shakhtar this season across all fronts showcasing just how influential he has been in the final third.
He is considered to be one of the best wingers in Ukraine. As a member of Ukraine national football team, Mudryk won 8 caps.
His impressive performances this season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.
Eddie Howe wants to sign a new winger and Mudryk is one of the names at the top of his wishlist. The Newcastle United manager has been impressed by his performances this season and could make a move this winter.

However, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe will try to get a deal done in January.”
