Adrien Rabiot is reportedly nearing a move to Newcastle.

The reports in Italy suggested that Newcastle United are leading the race for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The France international joined Juventus from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in July 2019. His contract expires in the summer of 2023.

He has provided two assists in 45 matches last term on all fronts.

The 27-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in France. Rabiot has also left his mark at the international stage after netting one goal in 26 senior appearances for the France national team.

The midfielder has just 12 months remaining on his contract and Juventus may consider a deal in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.
