Patrik Schick has joined Sampdoria from Sparta Praha for a fee in the region of 4 million euros in July 2016. The 21 year-old has a valid contract with Sampdoria until the June 2020.
After his arrival from Sparta Praha, Patrik Schick has scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 30 games for Sampdoria in all competitions this season.
Patrik Schick has also represented Czech Republic at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 39 caps across all age groups and scoring 24 goals. Since May 2016, Schick is a member of Czech Republic national football team, winning three caps and scoring one goal.
The 21-year-old is considered to be one of the brightest prospects in the Serie A.
The Czech Republic international has been in fantastic form for Sampdoria this season.
Patrik Schick has been long term target of Maurizio Sarri and Massimiliano Allegri as the managers look to bolster their attacking options for the next season.
Euro Football Rumours understood that Sampdoria forward Patrik Schick has buy out clause around 25 million euros in his contract.
