Marseille are planning a move for Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.
The 22-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
The France international joined Celtic from Fulham on a free transfer in July 2016. His contract expires in the summer of 2020.
Dembele has played 91 times for Celtic since signing from Fulham, scoring 50 goals and creating 18 assists in that time.
The 22-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in France.
Moussa Dembele has represented France at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18, Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 48 caps and scoring 19 goals.
His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Marseille.
Rudi Garcia is a known admirer of the player and is reportedly keen on the idea of bringing him this summer.
Marseille are desperate to make an impact in the summer transfer window.
According to The Sun (via L’Equipe), “Marseille are reportedly poised to make a £13.5million bid for Moussa Dembele. Celtic can no longer offer Champions League action to Dembele after their defeat to AEK Athens on Tuesday night. And L’Equipe report that Marseille are ready to offer Dembele, 22, a return to his homeland before the end of the European window. No offer has yet been made by the Ligue 1 side, who have qualified for the Europa League group stage. But the report claims that an offer of £13.5m is expected to be enough to net the France Under-21 striker.”

Celtic are reluctant to let Dembele go, but a big enough bid could persuade them to sell.
Signing the 22-year-old in the summer transfer window would be a masterstroke from Rudi Garcia.
Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Marseille.
Whether he will join Marseille or not remains to be seen.
