Marseille to make firm offer for Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj
According to the football transfer rumours in French Media (FootMercato), Marseille will make firm offer for Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj.
The Belgium international has joined Manchester United from Anderlecht in 2011. The 22-year-old has a valid contract with Manchester United until June 2018. In August 2016, Januzaj was sent to Sunderland on a season-long loan.
Adnan Januzaj has played 29 times for Sunderland, scoring two goals and creating three assists in that time.
The 22-year-old is considered to be one of the best wingers in Belgium.
As a member of Belgium national football team, Januzaj has won 31 caps and has scored 12 goals.
The winger has just one year remaining on his contract and Manchester United may consider a deal in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.
Adding a winger remains Marseille’s top priority this summer and Rudi García will have drafted a shortlist of a number of possible targets he could approach in the coming weeks.
The Belgium international is thought to perfectly fit the profile of attacking player Rudi García wants to target in the summer transfer window.
Marseille are desperate to make an impact in this summer transfer window.
The Belgium international would be a versatile addition for the Marseille, having featured at winger and attacking midfield role.
Euro Football Rumours understood that Manchester United valuate their winger in the region of 15 million euros.
Januzaj would reportedly be interested in a move this summer, but if Marseille do want him, they will have to beat those other interested clubs to his signature.
