The 26-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
The Spain international joined Atletico Madrid from Real Madrid for a fee in the region of 30 million euros in July 2019. His contract expires in the summer of 2024.
The midfielder has featured in 36 matches for Atletico this term, netting 10 goals and providing 9 assists in all competitions.
The 26-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Spain.
Llorente has earned two senior caps for the Spain national team but is yet to open his goal-scoring account for his nation.
His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Manchester United.
