Manchester United keen on Chelsea winger Willian

Chelsea winger Willian has emerged as a surprise target for Manchester United ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to the football transfer rumours in British Media, Manchester United are keen on Chelsea winger Willian.

The Brazil international was signed by Chelsea in August 2013 from Anzhi Makhachkala for a fee of 35 million euros. The 28-year-old has a valid contract with Chelsea until June 2020.

After his arrival from Anzhi Makhachkala, Willian has scored 30 goals and provided 26 assists in 179 games for Chelsea, including 11 goals and provided four assists in 39 games in all competitions this season.

The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best wingers in Brazil.

Willian has represented Brazil at Under-20 level, winning 11 caps, before making his senior international debut in November 2011. As a member of Brazil national football team, Willian has won 38 caps and has scored six goals.
