Liverpool interested in Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma

Reports in the British media claim that Liverpool are interested in Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma.

The winger’s contract at Villarreal is set to expire at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.

He has featured in 29 matches this term, netting 14 goals and providing 4 assists in all competitions.

The 25-year-old is considered to be one of the best wingers in Netherlands. Danjuma has also left his mark at the international stage after netting two goals in six senior appearances for the Netherlands national team.

His impressive performances this season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.

The Reds are looking to sign a winger and have identified the 25-year-old as potential transfer target. Liverpool manager has been impressed by his performances this season and could make a move this summer.

The Netherlands international would provide a good variety to Liverpool’s attack.

The Senegal star is out of contract in 2023.”

Danjuma has all the skillset required to be a success story at Liverpool. Therefore, it makes sense for Klopp to step up his attempts to bring the Netherlands winger to Premier League side.
