The Dutchman is expected to leave on a free this summer, with Inter Milan confident of striking a deal. Barcelona and PSG are also keen, but it seems likely that Inter will win the race. Aouar is being viewed as the perfect player to fill Wijnaldum’s Reds’ role. At 22 he also represents the future, given that is eight years younger than the Klopp favourite. The talented playmaker is well known for his technical ability and was once labelled ‘incredible’ by Man City boss Pep Guardiola. Aouar also has a knack of chipping in with goals and is regarded as a more creative option than Wijnaldum.”
