According to the football transfer rumours in German Media, Leicester City and Everton are eyeing move for Hamburg SV midfielder Walace.
Walace has only joined Hamburg SV from Brazilian club Grêmio for a fee in the region of 9.2 million euros on 30 January 2017. The 21 year-old has a valid contract with Hamburg until the June 2021.
Since his arrival from Grêmio, the Brazil international has scored one goal in three games for Hamburg SV.
Walace has represented Brazil at Under-20 level, winning five caps. Walace as a member of Brazil Olympic Team has won gold medal at Rio Summer Olympics 2016 and since June 2016 he is a member of Brazilian national football team.
The 21-year-old is considered to be one of the brightest prospects in the Bundesliga.
Walace has been target of Claudio Ranieri and Ronald Koeman as the managers look to bolster their midfield options for the next season.
Leicester City and Everton aren’t the only ones who are reportedly interested in the 21-year-old. Lazio are also thought to be tracking the Brazil international.
How strong that interest is and whether Leicester City and Everton will make a summer move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
