Inter Milan join the hunt for Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum
The Liverpool midfielder has been identified as one of the club’s potential targets as Antonio Conte looks to add more reinforcements in the midfield unit.
As per British and Italian media, Inter Milan have joined the hunt for Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum.
The 30-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
Liverpool spent 27.5 million euros to sign the Netherlands international from Newcastle United in the summer of 2016. The 30-year-old has a valid contract with Liverpool until June 2021.
The midfielder has featured in 35 matches this term, netting 3 goals in all competitions.
The 30-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Netherlands.
As a member of Netherlands national football team, Wijnaldum won 70 caps and he scored 21 goals.
Inter are looking to sign a midfielder and have identified the 30-year-old as potential transfer target.
