Hamburger enter talks with Sampdoria for Dawid Kownacki
Hamburger SV are planning a move for Sampdoria striker Dawid Kownacki.
It’s claimed by Italian media that Hamburger SV have entered talks with Sampdoria for Dawid Kownacki.
The Poland international joined Sampdoria from Lech Poznan for a fee in the region of 4 million euros in July 2017. His contract expires in the summer of 2022.
Kownacki has played 12 times for Sampdoria since signing from Lech Poznan, scoring six goals and creating two assists in that time.
The 20-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in Poland.
The Poland international has been in impressive form for Sampdoria this season.
Dawid Kownacki has represented Poland at Under-16, Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 33 caps and scoring 25 goals.
Markus Gisdol is looking to shore up his attacking options and Sampdoria’s Dawid Kownacki happens to be a target.
The report claims that Hamburger SV manager has extensively scouted Dawid Kownacki and is considering a move for the striker.
