There is no doubt that Gabriel Magalhães will take Everton’s defense to a different level.

This approach of signing exciting talent from different parts of the globe can reap rewards for Everton in the future.

According to the report, “Everton want to sign Lille defender Gabriel this summer. According to The Mirror, the 22-year-old is a main target for Carlo Ancelotti. Lille have slapped a £30m price-tag on the Brazilian. But that hasn’t deterred Everton from pursuing a move for the 6ft 3in centre-back. Gabriel has played 32 times already for the Ligue 1 club this season.”
