The England international is a traditional number ten who will add creativity and technique in the final third for Frank Lampard’s side. He will add more quality to Everton’s midfield.

According to the report, “Everton are reportedly ready to rival a number of other Premier League sides in their bid to sign Wolves playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White this summer. The Molineux has emerged as one of the brightest young talents in English football and is also on the radar of Nottingham Forest, Southampton and Crystal Palace. The 22-year-old enjoyed a successful loan stint at Sheffield United last season. Indeed, Gibbs-White was involved in 20 goals in 35 league outings as the Blades missed out in the Championship play-offs. However, his chances of regular game time at Molineux in for the upcoming campaign are looking slim. Wolves announced on Monday that veteran midfielder Joao Moutinho has penned a new one-year contract. Add that news to Ruben Neves is also set to stay, after Wolves priced him out of a move, and Gibbs-White’s playing chances look limited. To that end, clubs are queuing up for his services. And the Toffees are well in the mix for a deal – as reported by Football Insider. One issue, however, could be the player’s asking price – with Wolves set to demand £25million. That figure appears steep for a player who was only featuring in the Championship a couple of short months ago. Lampard wants more creativity in Everton‘s midfield, having lost Gylfi Sigurdsson and Donny van de Beek from last season. Much now depends on Wolves willingness to part company with one of their brightest talents.“
