Dominik Szoboszlai emerges as a transfer target for Arsenal
Arsenal are reportedly keeping a close eye on many midfielders across the Europe.
It’s claimed by British media that Dominik Szoboszlai emerges as a transfer target for Arsenal.
The Hungary international joined Red Bull Salzburg from Liefering in January 2018. His contract expires in the summer of 2022.
Szoboszlai has played 30 times for Red Bull Salzburg since signing from Liefering, scoring 7 goals and creating 10 assists.
The 18-year-old has long been touted as one of Hungary’s most promising young talents.
Dominik Szoboszlai has represented Hungary at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 29 caps and scoring 11 goals, before making his senior international debut in March 2019. As a member of Hungary national football team Szoboszlai won five caps and he scored one goal.
His impressive performances this season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.
Unai Emery is looking to shore up his midfield options and Red Bull Salzburg’s Dominik Szoboszlai happens to be a target.
The report claims that Arsenal manager has extensively scouted Szoboszlai and is considering a move for the midfielder.
Dominik Szoboszlai has the talent to play many roles in midfield.

But interest in Szoboszlai was established during that time. The initial approach was reportedly with a view to a move at the end of the coming season.”

Red Bull Salzburg would be wise to keep the Hungary international, but if they do let him go expect it to be for a hefty sum.
Nevertheless, Dominik Szoboszlai stands as an excellent option for Arsenal.

Whether Szoboszlai will join Arsenal or not remains to be seen.
