According to the football transfer rumours in English Media, Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke is wanted by Beijing Guoan.
Crystal Palace completed the signing of Benteke from Liverpool on a four-year deal for a fee in a region of 31.5 million euros which could rise by a further 5.8 million euros in summer of 2016.
Belgium international striker has scored eight goals and provided one assist in 19 games in all competitions for Crystal Palace this season.
His fantastic form is the main reason why few Chinese clubs want to bring him in China.
Crystal Palace will hope to keep hold of their prized asset until the summer at the very least.
According to an exclusive report from English Media, Beijing Guoan are prepared to stump up a huge 47 million euros fee to sign Benteke from Crystal Palace, but they are also willing to offer him very attractive wages, too.
Euro Football Rumours were informed that Christian Benteke is preparing to reject this offer.
How strong that interest is and whether the Beijing Guoan will make a January move and whether Benteke will reject the offer remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
