Barcelona midfielder is reportedly nearing a move to Chelsea.

It’s claimed by British media that Chelsea are interested in Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong.

The Netherlands international was signed by Barcelona in July 2019 from Ajax for a fee of 86 million euros. He has a contract until 2026 with the club.

The midfielder has managed four goal contributions across all competitions in the ongoing campaign.

He is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Netherlands. The 25-year-old has been capped 45 times for Netherlands since making his debut in 2018.

The Netherlands international is believed to be available for transfer, with Graham Potter now keen to bring him to Chelsea.
