Panathinaikos are looking set to land Anthony Mounier after Italian Media (Tutto Mercato Web) revealed that they are in advanced negotiations with Bologna ahead of a potential move.
The France international has joined Bologna from Montpellier for a fee in the region of 2 million euros in August 2015. The 29-year-old has a valid contract with Bologna until June 2018.
Anthony Mounier has represented France at Under-21 level, winning 4 caps.
The winger has just 12 months remaining on his contract and Bologna may consider a deal in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.
Marinos Ouzounidis is keen to secure at least one more signing this summer, and Anthony Mounier could very well be a man under consideration.
