Bayern Munich and Barcelona are linked with a summer move for Werder Bremen midfielder Serge Gnabry, according to the football transfer rumours in German Media.

Serge Gnabry has joined Werder Bremen from Arsenal for a fee in the region of 5 million euros in August 2016. The 21 year-old has a valid contract with Werder Bremen until the June 2020.

Since his arrival from Arsenal, Serge Gnabry has scored ten goals and provided two assists in 21 games for Werder Bremen.

Serge Gnabry has also represented Germany at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 34 caps across all age groups and scoring 13 goals. Since November 2016, Gnabry is a member of Germany national football team, winning two caps and scoring three goals.

The 21-year-old is considered to be one of the brightest prospects in the Bundesliga.

The Germany international has been in fantastic form for Werder Bremen this season.

Serge Gnabry has been target of Carlo Ancelotti and Luis Enrique as the managers look to bolster their midfield options for the next season.

The Germany international has been linked with Barcelona and whole hosts of Premier League clubs, but according to the German Media, Bayern Munich are looking to lure the midfielder in the summer.
