According to the report in Spanish media, Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has spent the past week in Brazil tracking Gremio midfielder Arthur Melo. The 21-year-old helped his side to last year’s Copa do Brasil trophy and his rise to prominence has been monitored closely by the Catalan giants.
