Monaco star Thomas Lemar is a target for Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window.
The reports in Spain suggested that Atletico Madrid are linked with fresh move for Thomas Lemar.
The 22-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
The France international was signed by Monaco in July 2015 from Espanyol for a fee of 4 million euros. The 22-year-old has a contract until 2020 with the club.
Lemar made 127 appearances across all competitions for Monaco, scoring 22 goals and supplying 32 assists in return.
The 22-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in France.
Thomas Lemar has represented France at Under-17, Under-18, Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 45 caps and scoring five goals, before making his senior international debut in November 2016. As a member of France national football team, Lemar won 12 caps and he scored three goals.
The France international has impressed in Ligue 1 in the last two seasons and is starting to attract the interest of bigger clubs.

According to Football Italia (via AS), “Atletico Madrid have reportedly been handed a boost in their pursuit of Thomas Lemar as Monaco have seemingly signed the winger’s replacement. AS claims the replacement in question is France Under-21 international Samuel Grandisir, who caught the eye at Troyes last season and joins for just €3m. Consequently, the 21-year-old may trigger Lemar’s proposed move to Atleti and let Antoine Griezmann sign for Barcelona.”
