Atletico Madrid are reportedly keeping a close eye on many midfielders across the Europe.
According to the football transfer rumours in Spanish media, Atletico Madrid are considering a move for Napoli midfielder Allan.
The Brazil international was signed by Napoli in July 2015 from Udinese for a fee of 11.5 million euros. The 28-year-old has a contract until 2023 with the club.
Allan made 179 appearances across all competitions for Napoli, scoring 9 goals and supplying 15 assists in return.
The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Brazil. As a member of Brazil national football team, Allan won 8 caps.
His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Atletico Madrid.
The Brazil international is thought to perfectly fit the profile of midfilder Diego Simeone wants to target in the summer transfer window.
Allan has the talent to play many roles in midfield.

Diego Simeone has already spent over €200m on new players this summer following the big money departures of Antoine Griezmann, Lucas Hernandez and Rodrigo Hernandez. The Argentinean boss has brought in Marcos Llorente and Hector Herrera to stiffen up his midfield options, however according to reports in Tuttosport he is also interested in the 28-year old Brazilian. Allan has established himself as a key figure during four Serie A seasons at the Stadio San Paolo, and manager Carlo Ancelotti is not keen to let the former Udinese defensive midfielder leave. According to the report, Atletico are set to test Napoli’s resolve in the coming days with a €55m bid.”
