British source claim that Arsenal are among few clubs keen on Vitoria Guimaraes defensive midfielder Ibrahima Bamba.

The Italy international joined Vitoria Guimaraes from Pro Vercelli on a free transfer in 2020. His contract expires in the summer of 2026.

He has featured in 14 matches for Vitoria Guimaraes this term in all competitions.

The 20-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in Italy.

Bamba will be high in demand this winter, with him having enjoyed a sublime season for Vitoria this term.

Arsenal are looking to sign a defensive midfielder and have identified the 20-year-old as potential transfer target.
