Alaves tipped to sign Leonardo Ulloa

According to the football transfer rumours in Spanish Media, Alaves are tipped to sign Leicester City forward Leonardo Ulloa.

Ulloa has joined Leicester City from Brighton & Hove Albion on a four-year contract for a club record fee in a region of 9.5 million euros in 2014.

Since his arrival from Brighton & Hove Albion, Ulloa has scored 20 goals and provided eight assists in 91 games for Leicester City, including only one goal in 19 games in all competition this season.

Leonardo Ulloa was one of the most important players for Leicester City to win the Premier League last season.

The Argentina international has previously insisted that he would fight for his position at Leicester City, but with his limited time in the first squad, he could be tempted to accept a fresh challenge in Spain.

Euro Football Rumours were informed that Leonardo Ulloa has tabled a transfer request to Leicester City this week.

It is added that Alaves have already held negotiations with Leicester City over a potential deal, and this could see Argentina forward Leonardo Ulloa head to the La Liga at January transfer window.
