West Brom keen to land Haris Seferovic
Over the past couple of weeks, there has been intense speculation over the future of Haris Seferovic at Benfica.
Reports in the British media claim West Brom are keen to land Benfica striker Seferovic.
The Switzerland international joined Benfica from Eintracht Frankfurt on a free transfer in July 2017. His contract expires in the summer of 2024.
This season, Seferovic has scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists in 22 appearances for Benfica.
The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best strikers in Switzerland.
Haris Seferovic has also left his mark at the international stage after netting 19 goals in 66 senior appearances for the Switzerland national team.
His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including WBA.
Sam Allardyce wants to sign a new striker and Seferovic is one of the names at the top of his wishlist.
The report details that Allardyce feels his attack currently lacks some bite and that he could strengthen this winter.
