There has been intense speculation surrounding the future of Haris Seferovic in the last period.
The latest reports in England suggest that Tottenham are looking to loan Benfica striker Haris Seferovic.
The Switzerland international joined Benfica from Eintracht Frankfurt on a free transfer in July 2017. His contract expires in the summer of 2024.
The striker has banged in 9 goals and provided 5 assists in 45 matches for Benfica last term on all fronts.
Haris Seferovic has also left his mark at the international stage after netting 19 goals in 65 senior appearances for the Switzerland national team.
His impressive performances last season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.
Tottenham are looking to sign a striker and have identified the 28-year-old as potential transfer target.
The Switzerland international is thought to perfectly fit the profile of striker José Mourinho wants to target in the summer transfer window.
The Spurs are desperate to make an impact in the summer transfer window.
Seferovic would provide a good variety to Tottenham’s attack.

The 65-cap international has managed more than ten goals just once in his career, having represented teams in Italy, Spain, Germany and Switzerland before arriving in Portugal. He had by far his best-ever season in 2018-19, however, when he netted 23 times in 29 league matches as his side romped to the title. But he was more goal-shy last time out, notching five in 30. Benfica are among Europe’s biggest spending clubs this summer, signing attackers Darwin Nunez, Luca Waldschmidt and Everton Soares – with the former becoming their most-expensive ever recruit. And while Seferovic started their 2-1 Champions League defeat to PAOK, he was relegated to the bench for their league opener against Famalicao.”
