The reports in Italy suggested that Roma are set to sign Sporting CP right-back Cristiano Piccini.
The Italy international joined Sporting CP from Betis for a fee in the region of 2.9 million euros in July 2017. His contract expires in the summer of 2022.

He wants to continue to strengthening his squad so they’re able to compete both domestically and in the Champions League next season.
According to Football Italia (via O Jogo), “Roma are ready to offer €10m plus another €5m in bonuses for Sporting CP right-back Cristiano Piccini, claims O Jogo. The Portuguese paper points to a return to Italy for 25-year-old Piccini, who has spent much of his career abroad.
