Paris Saint-Germain to make a move for Danny Rose

There has been intense speculation surrounding the future of Danny Rose in the last period.

Paris Saint-Germain will make a move for Danny Rose, according to the football transfer rumours in British media.

The 28-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.

The England international joined Tottenham from Leeds United for a fee in the region of 1 million euros in July 2007. His contract expires in the summer of 2021.

The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best left-backs in England.

As a member of England national football team, Rose won 23 caps.

Danny Rose is currently out of favor at Tottenham and could leave the club this summer.

The report details that Thomas Tuchel feels his defense currently lacks some bite and that he could strengthen this summer.

The England international is thought to perfectly fit the profile of defensive player Thomas Tuchel wants to target in the summer transfer window.

According to 90min.com, “Tottenham apparently remain open to Danny Rose leaving the club this summer, despite Spurs not making any signings of their own before deadline day. Rose had been linked with a move away earlier in the window but a deal was thought to be off with Tottenham failing to sign a replacement. French Champions PSG have expressed a late interest in the full back though that could tempt the London club to sell.”

Tottenham are not in a position where they need to sell and would like to keep hold of the left-back, but offers of at least 25 million euros may force the club to consider a deal.

Signing the 28-year-old in the summer transfer window would be a masterstroke from Thomas Tuchel.

Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Paris Saint-Germain.

How strong that interest is and whether Paris Saint-Germain will make a move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
