Napoli have been heavily linked with a move for Oleksandr Zinchenko over the course of the transfer window.
According to the football transfer rumours in Italian Media (Football Italia), Napoli have reached agreement to sign Manchester City attacking midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Ukraine international was signed by Manchester City in July 2016 from Ufa for a fee of 2 million euros. The 20-year-old has a valid contract with Manchester City until June 2021. In August 2016, Oleksandr Zinchenko was sent to PSV Eindhoven on a season-long loan.
Oleksandr Zinchenko made 17 appearances across all competitions for PSV, supplying 4 assists in return.
The 20-year-old is considered to be one of the best attacking midfielders in Ukraine.
Oleksandr Zinchenko has represented Ukraine at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 26 caps and scoring 4 goals, before making his senior international debut in October 2015. As a member of Ukraine national football team, Oleksandr Zinchenko has won 10 caps and has scored one goal.
