Milan linked with a move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to the football transfer rumours in Italian Media.
Cesc Fabregas has joined Chelsea from Barcelona for a fee in the region of 33 million euros in July 2014. The 29 year-old has a valid contract with Chelsea until the June 2019.
Since his arrival from Barcelona, Cesc Fabregas has scored 15 goals and provided 40 assists in 117 games for Chelsea, including four goals and seven assists in 22 games in all competition this season.
Cesc Fabregas has also represented Spain at Under-16, Under-17, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 39 caps across all age groups and scoring 15 goals. Since March 2006, he is a member of Spain national football team, winning 110 caps and scoring 15 goals.
The 29-year-old is considered to be one of the cleverest midfielders in the Premier League.
Cesc Fabregas has been long term target of Vincenzo Montella as the manager look to bolster his midfield options for the next season.
If Montella can get that sort of form out of him when Fabregas played for Arsenal, there’s obviously no doubt he has the caliber to be a star for Milan.
